In this episode, Milton speaks with R. Karl Hebenstreit, an author, keynote speaker, a certified Enneagram coach and organizational development practitioner. Karl discusses how he realized that the Enneagram–which he learned during his PhD studies in Organizational Psychology–could be used as a model for business applications, from team building to conflict resolution. Elizabeth was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2015, which came with depression and anxiety, and most recently diagnosed with brain cancer.
