Do Something About It
In this episode, Michael Thorp is visited by Jan Ivar Røssberg, psychiatrist and professor at the University of Oslo. We hear about how we as humans assume and interpret different situations, and how thoughts affect emotions and behavior. We cannot control our thoughts, but we can observe and evaluate them with a healthy skepticism. How can we train our minds, reduce rumination and do more of what gives us energy and joy? Maybe it's not always how you feel what is most important - but how you respond to those feelings.
