This weeks show will focus on the key methods used by the Chinese and Russians to develop Olympic athletes. Included will be topics such as periodization which will include multi-year, annual and semi-annual periodization plans and block training periodization. The information will be of value not only to coaches and athletes, but also to parents who are raising young athletes.

This weeks show will focus on the three types of exercises, what they are and who they are for. We will also take a detailed look at LaDanian Tomlinson's (San Diego Chargers) work out routine.
