This is why you haven't set up omnipresent sales sequences yet (even though you want to) This morning in Endless Summer we had a record scratch moment for resistance. 00:00 Feeling into the field - Tuning into the resistance coming up live - the kind you can feel when running something in real time. 00:05 – It’s not that you don’t know what to do There are 50 million ways to build omnipresent sales sequences. It’s not strategy that’s stuck — it’s sensation. 00:26 – Da da da da da: the resistance hits Every time you’ve gone to build systems, you’ve either hired it out (and lost your presence) or gone all-in and slowed everything down. 00:52 – When hiring it out backfires Even with the best support, it can dilute your essence. So you scrap it. Burn it down. Walk away. 01:21 – The Endless Summer way Set up one sequence a day. Use what you’ve already got. Little pieces of the puzzle. Bit by bit. 01:47 – The hyperfixation trap You feel like you have to go all or nothing. Shut everything down. Remove yourself from the front lines. But we’re not doing that. 03:18 – Presence is the power The power of a personal brand is your actual presence. Omnipresence = replicating your presence in the background while staying in your front-facing flow. 03:53 – Scaling without the U-turn You don’t have to deviate from your momentum. You don’t need to reverse. You don’t have to slow down to grow sustainably. 05:05 – When sabotage wears the mask of sustainability Sudden success can trigger the pattern. The "too much to hold" moment. The "shut it down to get it right" loop. But it slows everything down. 07:02 – The little-by-little way The way I did it. The way we do it inside Endless Summer. Build while you stay visible. Keep your vibe alive. Don’t disappear to do admin. Do it bit by bit by bit. You know those moments when you're running something live and you can feel into the field? That’s my favourite part. I always feel into what’s going on in the field, and this morning? I could feel it in the 'Endless Summer' field It’s not that you don’t know what to do. It's that you don't want to stop doing what you're doing to do what you want to do (make sense!? lol). There’s like 50 million different ways to create omnipresent sales sequences. You can go super technical. You can go super simple. You can create ads. You can DIY. You can hire. You can patch it all together from the internet. But in Endless Summer, I wanted to give you a really simple way to do it. That stacks your substance into a sales machine. And that's where the resistance is. The Core Resistance We Hit This Morning Historically you have slowed everything down when you've focused on setting up 'systems'. Maybe you hired it out - and it lost your presence. It didn’t sound like you. It didn’t feel like you. And it ended up worse for your brand than not doing it at all. So you burn it down. Or let it die off. Or never launch it. Or you tried to do it all yourself - and it slowed everything down. You disappeared. You lost momentum. You broke your own flow. And that’s what this morning cracked open: Your resistance isn’t about how to do it. It’s about what it’s cost you in the past. This is why I created Endless Summer the way I did.
