What is IFS (internal family systems)

This week, Todd Adams and I have a discussion on Internal Family Systems and how/why it works. IFS was developed by psychologist Richard Schwartz. In his work as a family therapist, Schwartz began to observe patterns in how people described their inner lives. We discuss this transformative process and why we enjoy implementing it into our own inner-work as well as our work with others.
