Telling the truth is the ultimate act of love, even when it hurts or is unpleasant. Fear and discomfort often hold us back from fully embracing truths. Truth telling requires courage. Today, we dive into the nuances of accessing and embracing your truth. I also share some truth of my own that I recently came to terms with, which while uncomfortable, is a relief to acknowledge and share with this community.  Throughout the episode, we explore the tools and practices to help you access your truth. Today, we explore the beauty and pleasure of self respect and its role in cultivating personal growth, fulfillment, and healing within yourself and your relationships.
