Beskrivelse

EPISODE DESCRIPTION Why does life slowly begin to feel out of alignment… even when we’re doing good things? There are seasons when life feels grounded and purposeful. Our work feels meaningful, our relationships feel connected, and we move through life with a sense of direction. But over time, something can begin to shift. Not always through one major event, but through the gradual accumulation of responsibilities, expectations, opportunities, and commitments that quietly pull us away from center. In this episode, we explore why life drifts out of balance and what it means to return to a place of greater harmony. Together, we consider the difference between living from the outside in versus living from a grounded center rooted in God, purpose, and alignment. We also explore why the idea of “work-life balance” often leaves us feeling frustrated—and why harmony offers a richer and more life-giving picture. Because harmony is not about dividing everything equally. It’s about living in alignment with what matters most in this season. WHAT WE TALK ABOUT In this conversation, we explore: * Why imbalance usually develops gradually over time * How responsibilities and expectations can quietly pull us away from center * What it means to live from the outside in * The emotional impact of losing alignment with what anchors us * Why “work-life balance” can feel limiting and unrealistic * The difference between balance and harmony * How harmony reflects alignment rather than equal distribution * Why love remains at the center of a meaningful life A SIMPLE INVITATION As you listen, take a few moments to reflect: * Where in my life do I sense drift or misalignment? * What currently feels out of harmony? * What helps me feel grounded, centered, and aligned with what matters most? You don’t have to fix everything at once. Sometimes the first step is simply becoming aware of what has slowly drifted over time. Ep. 12: What Vision God Is Calling You Toward?

EPISODE DESCRIPTION What does it look like to move forward with clarity and intention? After understanding your story, recognizing what you’ve learned, releasing what no longer belongs, and seeing who God has designed you to be and the purpose He created you for, something begins to take shape. Direction. In this episode, we explore what it means to have a compelling vision—not as a perfectly mapped plan, but as a clear sense of where your life is moving and how you are choosing to live. Ep. 11: What Does It Mean to Live a Life of Purpose?

EPISODE DESCRIPTION What did God create your life to be about? Not just what you do… but what your life expresses through how you live, lead, and relate to others. In this episode, we explore what it means to recognize your purpose—not as something distant or undefined, but as something already present in your life. Together, we consider how your story, your design, and what matters most to you begin to reveal the direction your life is meant to take. And we begin to see that purpose is not something we wait for… it’s something we are already living—we just need to recognize it and begin to put words to it. We also revisit the distinction between purpose, calling, and mission—and how each plays a role in how we live and move forward. WHAT WE TALK ABOUT In this conversation, we consider: * The difference between purpose, calling, and mission * Why purpose is not something we have to find, but something we begin to recognize * How our gifts, strengths, and passions point toward what our life is about * The role of core desires in shaping direction and meaning * Why purpose is expressed across multiple areas of life—not just one role * How recognizing your purpose brings clarity to your decisions and direction * The distinction between purpose, calling, and mission—and how each shapes the direction of your life A SIMPLE INVITATION As you listen, take a few moments to reflect: * What consistently matters most to me—across different seasons of my life? * Where do I see patterns in what draws me in and gives me a sense of meaning? * How might I already be living out my purpose in ways I haven’t fully recognized? Recognizing your purpose gives you a center to launch from—shaping how you spend your time, the work you choose to do, and the decisions you make in alignment with who God created you to be. episode Ep. 10: Who Has God Designed You to Be? cover

Ep. 10: Who Has God Designed You to Be?

EPISODE DESCRIPTION Who has God designed you to be? At your core—before your roles, your experiences, or other's expectations took shape. In this episode, we turn toward identity and begin to explore what it means to see yourself clearly—not through performance or past experiences, but through how God has uniquely designed you. Together, we consider how your gifts, strengths, and passions are not random, but intentional expressions of your Divine Design. And we begin to recognize that identity is not something we create… it’s something we discover. WHAT WE TALK ABOUT In this conversation, we consider: * The difference between identity and the roles we carry in life * Why we often define ourselves by what we do rather than who we are * How God’s design is reflected in our gifts, strengths, and passions * Why what comes naturally to us is often something we overlook * How recognizing patterns in our lives reveals how we are wired * The importance of anchoring our identity in truth rather than experience A SIMPLE INVITATION As you listen, take a few moments to reflect: * What comes naturally to me that I may have overlooked or taken for granted? * What energizes me and feels aligned with who I am? * Where do I see consistent patterns in how I think, lead, or relate to others? Sometimes the clearest understanding of who we are is found in what has been there all along. Ep. 9: What Are You Carrying That You Need to Release?

EPISODE DESCRIPTION What are you carrying that no longer belongs? Not just the experiences themselves… but the weight, the conclusions, and the emotions that may have stayed with you over time. In this episode, we explore what it means to release what we are carrying—especially the things that have shaped how we see ourselves, others, and our lives. Together, we consider how letting go is not about dismissing what happened, but about choosing what we continue to carry forward. And we begin to recognize that release is not loss… it’s freedom. WHAT WE TALK ABOUT In this conversation, we consider: * How life experiences can leave behind emotional and mental weight * The difference between honoring our story and holding onto what no longer serves us * Why forgiveness is often a key part of release * How unprocessed disappointment, hurt, or unmet expectations can shape our perspective * The role of faith in releasing what we cannot resolve on our own * How letting go creates space for clarity, healing, and alignment A SIMPLE INVITATION As you listen, take a few moments to reflect: * What am I carrying that no longer belongs in this season of my life? * Is there something I am ready to release—whether it’s a belief, a disappointment, or a past experience? * What might it look like to trust God with what I’ve been holding onto? Sometimes the most powerful step forward is the one where we choose to let go.
