Introducing two of our newest officers!

For March of 2026 Officer Totel sits down to interview Officers Colin Patterson and David Lewis, the newest two officers to join the team here at the Englewood Police Department. Also this month we want to congratulate and honor the department's award recipients from our yearly departmental meeting held in February: * Officers Ben and Sam Conley were given the Chief's Award for consistent high-level performance - leading the department in arrests, recovery of stolen vehicles and firearms, and receiving positive feedback from detectives, prosecutors and supervisors for their initial investigations and report preparation! * Dispatcher Zach Totel was nominated by his colleagues and given the Civilian Employee of the Year Award. Dispatcher Totel was selected for his willingness to regularly go above and beyond, his patience and dedication in training new dispatchers, and his humility. * Sgt. Trenton Spradley was recognized as our Officer of the Year for 2025. Nominated by his colleagues, Sergeant Spradley's initiative, productivity and commitment to public safety was highlighted. His thoroughness and investigation of an August 2025 incident, led to the return of $10,000 cash to an elderly resident that was victimized by internet fraud. ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast.
