I decided to film outside on my iPad instead of in studio (the apartment ;-) to further inspiration from the outdoors and go to the park where the first two granddaughters played before they moved. I talk about how quickly they learn and grow. What I learned from these amazing babies and now little girls. How important it is to take care of myself to keep my energy up.
