This episode looks at the meaning of SELF. The forms of self, types of self system and the meaning of self esteem.

I will be discussing different issues that can enhance individuals ‘ social functioning and over all well being. Topics will cut across social, academic, psychological, emotional and mental health I.e self esteem, drug use and abuse, academic performance, parenting, relationships and so on. Thematic areas in Counselling Psychology and Social Work will also be included.
