Putting Myself First Changed Everything

I almost didn’t post this episode. It feels a little unfiltered, a little all over the place — but it’s honest. And that’s what this journey is about. In this episode, I share my definition of self-love and how, for most of my life, I didn’t put myself first. I was the friend who dropped everything, the person who prioritized everyone else’s happiness before my own — and then questioned my worth when that energy wasn’t returned. I talk about the shift that changed everything: realizing that putting myself first isn’t selfish… it’s necessary. This is a reflection on people-pleasing, healing, choosing yourself, and learning that the love you’ve been searching for has to start within. And at the end, I share a simple tool to help you start putting yourself first, too.🤍

The Camera, The Car, and Remembering I Deserve It All

It’s been a minute… but your girl is back — and honestly, this one feels special. In this episode, I share what inspired me to finally hit record again after buying myself a camera I’ve been wanting for so long. This one action sparked a wave of creativity and made me reflect on the limiting beliefs I’ve been subconsciously running on — mainly around not feeling deserving and not feeling capable of creating the life I desire. I talk about how I’m proving those beliefs wrong right now, what’s been helping me rewire my mind, and the story of how I manifested my first car — not from forcing or hustling, but from embodying the feelings of freedom and independence before it even showed up.
