happy new year! we had a whirlwind of a year and learned soo many lessons along the way. we laughed, we cried, and we made some really hard decisions that helped us grow into better versions of ourselves. here are 10 things we think you should take into the new year 🤍 enjoy listening!

#8 finding your formula (mental health)

happy mental health day! this episode is a special one because we explore how hard it can be to open up to our families and friends about whatever is plaguing our minds and how to seek help. special guest fatima sheikh speaks about her own experience with navigating her emotions and eventually finding a formula that works for her. it’s truly beautiful when we’re there for others out of love and genuine kindness and fatima captures that in this episode perfectly! 🤍

#7 communication and confidence (friendship breakups)

trust that what misses you was never meant for you in the first place. we often think friendships are meant to last forever but that’s not always the case and we end up not knowing how to process our emotions when they end. these feelings of confusion and grief are totally normal. things end and we move on, but how can we do it gracefully? listen and learn how 🤍

#6 when they say you’re “too much”
