People often overthink due to various reasons such as anxiety, perfectionism, fear of failure, or a desire for control. Overthinking can also stem from past experiences or traumas that have conditioned the mind to excessively analyze situations. So here in this podcast we give our opinion and experience on a variety of questions like: How do you recognize when you're starting to overthink a situation?
