This started as a recording only for our active students, Ashley and Dan who where traveling while listening in on the Energy Fitness Training class. There where a few other curious parties and so I decided to clean up the recording a bit and add an intro.  It is an important question for the friends and family of our students who wonder why they are so focused on adding energy. Do we always need to be aware of our A.E.Q. Energy and is it the most important need? Here is our first classroom exploration of this question. The class is comprised of 3 new and aspiring Energy Fitness Training Students Dan, Seth, and Ashley whose question we explore in this recording 2 Energy Fit students working on achieving Energy Independence - Gregg and Avi 2 Energy Independent Students - Von and Liz, and 1 Energy Independent Shifu Ed

Martial Arts Against Hate

A special episode inspired by the gather of Martial Artists Against Hate on May 22nd at Brooklyn City Hall from 3-5pm.  Shifu Ed talks about the value of Chinese Martial Arts as a solution against violence and hate. Change begins in our Center and extends outward. Shifu shares his insight into what drives people to harm others and what we can do in response to respectfully oppose the harm. Lets be the America that respects others.

Stress Relief for Educators

If you have ever experienced stress as an educator and it impaired your ability to love teaching. If you find yourself counting the days till vacation or the minutes until the end of the day. If you haven't given up and are curious about new possibilities about how to sustain your love for teaching without getting worn down by the stress,  then we invite you to listen in. In this episode we introduce Von C., the world's first Energy Independent Educator. Von has learned to evolve beyond the energy depleting certainties of stress and has successfully evolved her craft to sustain her love for teaching while inspiring her students to succeed. Every day Von, adds energy to empower her to teach from her high performance self. Not grit, nor mindfulness, nor calm class- just adding energy. Von talks about her journey into Energy Fitness Training and shares the experience, power, and wisdom she has earned from using her Energy Fitness Training in the classroom in real-time. "I want to love teaching when I retire as much as a I loved it my first day!"
