EP 12: One Year Update

Well, it's been a whole year already of getting up and walking on my healing journey. So, here's an update of all that's happened over the year!

EP 11: Waiting and Walking

I wanted to add this episode to the series. It is all about the importance of the mind in the time of "waiting". This part has been a struggle, but I'm learning how to KEEP WALKING instead of getting bogged down in WAITING. There's a big difference between waiting and walking! And this message is also for all those who are struggling in their minds. "It's time to wake up cuz life is a dream! Be as you wish to seem!!" This message is also being crossed posted to my other podcast, called "Be The Tree" under the title, "Weeds" (Please ignore the heavy breathing during the episode. It was just our dog snoozing on the bed next to me while I was recording... haha!)
