We all carry narratives - about God, ourselves, and others that we’ve picked up along the way. Some give life. Some don’t. Today as we continue our Know Yourself series, we’re taking an honest but loving look at the beliefs we hold - learning to evaluate, ask questions, and explore whether those beliefs are actually true or simply familiar. We’ll unpack why we don’t always recognize false beliefs, how defensiveness can keep us stuck, and what it means to grow without dishonoring where you came from. You’ll hear real-life examples, surprising truths, and practical tips for walking in wisdom, discernment, and grace as you become the woman you’re called to be.

What are you naturally great at, and where do you consistently struggle? In this episode, we’re diving into the strengths and weaknesses that shape how we show up in the world. Knowing both is essential to living with intention and integrity. We’ll unpack how our strengths aren’t always obvious (especially when they come easily), how weaknesses can be mislabeled, and why it’s ok, (and not prideful!) to actually like who you are. We get honest about common reasons we struggle to identify our strengths, why naming our weaknesses can be so uncomfortable, and how to become a better steward of what we’ve been given. This isn’t about being perfect (thank goodness!).This is about being honest, self-aware, and better equipped to live in alignment with who we were created to be.

What truly matters to you, and are you living like it? Today we begin our Know Yourself series by talking about Core Values: what they are, how to name them, and why they matter. In this episode, we get real about the disconnect many of us feel between the life we want to live and the one we’re actually living. We get honest about living on autopilot, uncover the values we’ve settled for, and share tips and steps to begin the work of realigning our lives with not only what’s truly meaningful - but with what genuinely fits where you are and actively supports your growth in this season. It’s time to name what matters - and start living it. We’re getting intentional, setting priorities, and actively working to shape our thinking, our choices, and our lives around the values that actually reflect who we’re becoming—not just who we’ve been told to be.

Today we close out our Savor: A Season of Joy and Presence series by talking about receiving—an episode about opening your hands, your heart, and your life to what is being offered. Support. Compliments. Joy. Too often, we deflect, downplay, or dismiss the very things that were meant to sustain us. Today we’re exploring why receiving is so difficult, especially for women shaped by self-sufficiency, people-pleasing, and the myth of Superwoman. We talk about the reflexive “I’ve got it,” the discomfort of being seen, and the belief that joy has to be earned. But when we shut ourselves off from receiving, we’re not just blocking help—we’re blocking healing, connection, and delight. This episode is a reminder that you were never meant to do life alone, and you were never meant to do it without joy. Let’s practice the courage it takes to receive—with gratitude, with softness, and without apology.

We continue our Savor: A Season of Joy and Presence series with Linger—an episode about staying. Staying in the moment. In the joy. In the goodness. Even when it feels unfamiliar or undeserved. Today we’re exploring why lingering can be so hard for many of us, from internalized “shoulds” to our obsession with efficiency, productivity, and earning every pause. We talk about the discomfort of holding joy, the quiet pressure to move on quickly, and how to begin practicing the art of simply being in a good space. Lingering asks us to stop performing, stop optimizing, and stop waiting for the moment to prove its worth. Sometimes, the most radical thing we can do is stay where we are—on purpose.
