how do you know what serves you?

Another week!!! Welcome again to the girls don't cry pod. Today i am talking about the concept of "only keep/do things that serve you". I love this mindset, but what I struggle with knowing what serves me. I think the step before this is to identify who you even are to know what will serve or hurt you. I guess the catch is, who the heck are we and will we ever become a version of ourselves and stay that version? Probably not.  Give it a listen and let me know your thoughts!! the ebb and flow of friendships

It is very interesting to me how differently friendships can look in different stages of our lives. As well as, how friendships can come, go, and then return years later. I don't know.
