We avoid authenticity out of fear of being judged and we completely understand that. It take courage to be authentic and to be your true self. THANK YOU! We just want to stop by and say thank you, for your patience during this time. It seems like we have been hit with road blocks at every turn while getting this podcast off the ground. We got our first hurdle of equipment then we got over our next hurdle of licensing rights. After we felt like we had established a little bit of a foundation we got hit with our equipment not functioning properly and the turn around time to produce an episode was not possible to maintain. We went through another three months or so without being able to produce a podcast and then had a breakthrough that allowed us to record and edit efficiently! We were rolling along smoothly and then COVID-19 hit. We knew we had to following social distancing guidelines and we weren't set up to record quality content remotely. During this time we have spent so much time thinking about business owners, families, and colleagues that have been affected by this virus. Our hearts go out to them and we are so somber in the wake of this knowing that many have lost businesses, lively hood, and their loved ones. This is an opportunity for us to really bind together as a community and share stories of how some have re-shaped their business and how others have weathered the storm. WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!! Ep. 8 Reverse Engineering

In this episode Zach and Dave talk about the value of reverse engineering. The term has become a little washed out but it is so valuable. If you are able to envision what you want in the future you have the first step of making a major shift in your life. The journey or growth in life doesn't come from the ending goal it comes from the journey. The journey or process is the main content when it comes to reverse engineering an end goal or circumstance.
