In episode two of Guide to Gains, we’re going back to where it all began, the birth of Field of Fitness. It’s the story behind the doors: two coaches and friends, one vision, and a relentless belief that there was a better way to help people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. We set up shop in 2008, in the middle of a financial crisis, and here we are in 2025 still building, still growing, still learning. But this episode doesn’t gloss over the tough bits. Starting a business meant long hours, personal sacrifices, and years of graft before the breakthroughs came. We talk openly about the highs and lows, the big decisions, the community that shaped us, and how those early struggles helped define the Field of Fitness you see today: a place of progress, not perfection, grounded in purpose and driven by heart.
