I sat for a moment and then answered honestly. “Silence.”  It was an epiphany and a homecoming at the same time. Silence is my favorite form of music; it always has been.

Seasons of Love

Love as I understand and experience it is an energy, a power of good. We all have to make the decision to engage with it. This is always a choice, for unlike fear and violence, Love will not overpower you.

Space of a River

I had allowed myself to stop and listen to my inner knowing when I felt the pull of the canyon from beyond the screen window in our small room. It was a moment not to be missed. Thank God I listened.

Peace in the Day-to-Day

During the holiday season, we may be remembering family and friends who left us this year, or who left us years ago and who are still close to us in our hearts. This meditation in this episode is meant to help center us and bring us closer to loved ones who's lives have changed.
