As in supply chain management, project management, engineering procurement & construction, manufacturing business, a need of expediting comes frequently and naturally is fulfilled by fellow expeditors. As a part of the business an expeditor’s discipline must have to evolve from very basic of ‘’ late delivery warning’’ to excellence in business where from beginning of the trade an expeditor, supplier, procurement must have to set a common vision for the timely and profitably execution of project/assignment. As to strengthen the relation between expeditors, suppliers, procurement. More open and inclusive approach has to be applied. Whereas an expeditor must have to be empowered in decision making in a serious situation. As per my vision an expeditor will be more efficient, if they are steered in the right direction with expert guidance.
