In this gentle guided mindfulness practice, we use Tara Brach’s RAIN meditation method to explore the patterns of our whole life. RAIN stands for Recognize, Allow, Investigate, and Nurture. Through mindful breathing, body awareness, emotional recognition, self-inquiry, and self-compassion, this practice invites you to gently notice repeated emotions, beliefs, expectations, attachments, and relationship patterns that may have shaped your life. Instead of judging yourself, this meditation helps you return to inner honesty, kindness, and emotional clarity. You are invited to recognize what you feel, allow it to be present, investigate the deeper life patterns behind it, and nurture yourself with compassion.
