During this episode , we discussed leadership, relationships with staff and the importance of showing up when your people need you the most. Charlie Nagle is a retired Superintendent of the Columbia County School District. Since retirement , he spends his time traveling and enjoying his wife and family. He stopped by the studio to discuss his contribution to Heart Matters. Hosted by Dr. Naesha Parks, the Heart Matters Podcast delves into matters of the heart and recovery. Dr. Parks has had a number of spiritual encounters which have contributed to her strong faith, culminating with a medical incident just 9 days after childbirth that left her literally dead on the operating table. She was put in a coma to save her life and miraculously made a complete recovery. Now, she's taking the lessons from that event and from her book: The Heart Feels it First, to share other recovery stories and bring hope through the Heart Matters Podcast.
