It Doesn't Matter What Anyone Else Thinks, Let Them Talk

Hey gang! Today's episode is an important one for me, and for you. I based this episode on a conversation I had with one of my friends, who was feeling really deflated after she had expressed her desire to start a new venture, and was met with a lot of criticism from people she cared about. I know this is something we all struggle with from time to time. It is so easy to become consumed by other peoples opinions, and whether they think that we are doing the right thing, that sometimes, we lose focus on what WE want. Todays episode is a reminder to you (and myself - because I need to hear this too sometimes) that our opinion is the only one that we need. Moral of the story? Do what makes you happy. You've been put on this earth to do amazing things, and I know you want so much more from life. You are capable. It's your time. "Your Relationship With Yourself Is The Most Important Relationship You'll Ever Have" - Ain't that the truth! I've only discovered this to be true over the past few years. I think we're taught in life that you need to put other people before yourself, and that you should always go to the back of the queue. Over time, I have definitely realized that in order to be the best "you" that you can be, you need to put yourself first. This doesn't mean neglecting everyone and everything, but instead, making yourself a priority, showing yourself some love, and being your own best friend! I hope you loved todays episode.
