Ava has since branched out, managing her own porn productions, hiring her own performers, photographers, editors, social media managers, and PAs. Helen chats to Ava about her experiences in the adult film industry. It goes without saying that this will contain some mature content – not for those with a sensitive nature. Helen Wood chats to... Helen Wood chats to... Shaun Attwood and Peter 'Wildman' Mahoney

From a drug kingpin to a motivational speaker, Shaun Attwood’s life has seen quite the turnaround. Shaun, originally from Widnes, was responsible for smuggling an estimated £4 million worth of drugs, including Ecstasy and ketamine, into Arizona in the late 90s and early 2000s. Shaun was caught in 2002 and faced a 200-year jail sentence. He avoided it after a plea bargain, serving six years behind bars. He documented the brutal conditions at the infamous Maricopa County jail in an anonymous blog, and would later become the author of a dozen books, looking at his own experiences and other true crime stories. He is also the host of a True Crime podcast and his YouTube channel has over 300,000 subscribers. On this week’s episode, Shaun is joined by his friend and former enforcer, Peter Mahoney, also known as Wildman. Fellow Englishman Peter served seven-and-a-half years in the Arizona prison.
