Beskrivelse

Artemis. Cassiopeia. Gravel roads. Little sisters. A conversation on mythology, instinct, protection, and the strange ways women hand each other survival stories without realizing they’re leaving instructions. Maybe this issue really is as old as time. Maybe it’s written in the stars. ⭐ If you’ve got stories, questions, or warnings you wish someone handed you sooner— 📩 hercanarypodcast@hercanary.com [hercanarypodcast@hercanary.com] Anonymous submissions are always welcome. episode Rhythm of Her cover

Rhythm of Her

This week’s episode started as a conversation about sex… and somehow turned into a love letter to the female body. We talk about PMS, hormones, cycles, cravings, exhaustion, and the strange realization that the more I started listening to my body, the less crazy I felt. Somewhere along the way, I stopped treating my body like a problem to solve and started treating it like a language to learn. Because women’s bodies are doing a lot behind the scenes. Creating life. Protecting life. Signaling needs. Asking for rest. Preparing for connection. And maybe the goal isn’t to control every symptom or optimize every cycle. Maybe the goal is simply to become fluent in all of her. A conversation about biology, attachment, self-trust, and the wild realization that our bodies have been trying to communicate with us all along. 🌻 If you have a story you'd like to share, a topic you'd like to hear explored, or a moment where your song got a little quiet, you can always reach me at: hercanarypodcast@gmail.com [hercanarypodcast@gmail.com] I read every message. Until next time— From silence to song. 🐤✨HerCanary. 🐤✨

episode Canary Update cover

Canary Update

A quick Canary update. This week marks a pretty exciting milestone. When I started HerCanary, it was just an idea, a microphone, and a hope that maybe a few people would find something meaningful in these conversations. Somehow, it's grown into something much bigger than that. Because of that growth, episodes will be moving to a bi-weekly schedule. Not because we're slowing down. Because we're building. The podcast has always been one piece of a much larger vision, and as more of that vision starts taking shape, I want to make sure each episode gets the care, attention, and intention it deserves. So think of this less as a change and more as a sign that we're growing. The conversations aren't stopping. The story isn't ending. If anything, we're getting closer to the reason all of this started in the first place. Thank you for being here while HerCanary finds its wings. And if you've been paying close attention, you've probably noticed that some things have a habit of appearing more than once. That's all I'll say for now. 🌻

episode Ready Player Two? cover

Ready Player Two?

A Tinder date once agreed to solve riddles across multiple bars to find me… which means ; player two accepted a side quest. 🎮🧩 There were bartenders 🍻 A required rock 🪨 Girls’ night 💅 A cow costume 🐄✨ This episode kind of wandered into: dating, confidence, awkwardness, friendships, maps 🌻character building 🌻 and whether some of us got so focused on reaching the next level… that we forgot to enjoy the game. Anyway… choose your players carefully. 🐤 Got a weird date story? A side quest? A friendship that started as attraction? A scavenger hunt I’d approve of? Send your stories (anonymous or not): 📩 hercanarypodcast@hercanary.com [hercanarypodcast@hercanary.com] I read them. They become thoughts.Sometimes episodes.. 🧩
