Here I am: Introduction

Welcome to Here I am - the podcast for survivors of trauma, by a survivor who happens to be Christian and studying psychology. I'm Jenny and let's talk about our journey, safely, and bring each other up. I'm 24, a proud survivor of trauma, companion of two lovely cats called Melia and Professor Moony, and have been living life with depression and ADHD.  To give some mystery, I won't share my actual voice until the first episode, which will be a series of episodes about me and how I came to sharing my life with you.
