almost everyone has some type of insecurity, and for a lot of people, that insecurity lies within how they see themselves physically. this week, we'll talk about both positive and negative body images, and how it can affect our lives.

spirituality

you may not think you're a spiritual person, but spirituality is a complex topic. this week, we'll get into all things spiritual, and take some time to do some introspection. but first, a new 'question of the day' segment. our first question:  what age did you think that you were an adult, and at what age do you think you actually became an adult?

fear of death

death is simply just a part of life, but that doesn't make it any less terrifying. this week, we'll talk about why we might be fearful of death, and how we can overcome it.

loneliness

regardless of our situations and our circumstances, we all get lonely sometimes. this week, i talk about my journey through loneliness and how it's affected me, as well as some potential contributing factors and what i choose to do about it.

being a bad friend

no matter how good of a person you may be, nobody is a good person 100% of the time, even to the people we care about the most. nobody likes to admit when they're wrong, but its a necessary evil if we want to learn from our decisions and change as a result. this week, i talk about the times that i was not a good friend, but also what i learned from them and how i choose to move on.
