Have Hope..or Grind Trying

Lets be honest.. always having and keeping the hope and faith isn’t easy. Waking up each day and being resilient, staying positive in the face of numerous setbacks, and frustrations is and can very well be hard, it can be draining. How much more resilient do we need to be? How much longer do we keep trying, doing, going at what we want while everything around us dares to keep us at bay. Staying strong isn’t easy, it’s often hard trying not to give up or give in, and that’s where hope and faith come in. So how do we balance the burnout and fatigue we’re facing? With rest. Allowing ourselves to relax, stop being so hard on our self, and just taking a break. Because having hope is admirable when you recognize how long you have been keeping the faith, despite what you are getting. So relax, let go, and listen in as we go over the necessary steps we need to acknowledge on our road to whatever we are working on , all while being honest and admitting…that sometimes we do need to take a different approach to being able to keep the faith and hope alive. You got this. We got this.
