130. Are we all Just Running on that Hedonic Treadmill?

Solo episode! Please share widely:) In this episode, we unpack the hedonic treadmill—the invisible cycle that keeps us chasing “more” without ever quite arriving.  The human brain is wired for this patterns actually, and of course, modern culture can amplify it. Isn't it funny that the feeling of wanting is more addictive than having?  This isn’t about giving up your goals. It’s about reclaiming them. Inside, you’ll discover: * Why success can still feel strangely empty * The neuroscience behind wanting vs. having * How burnout isn’t always about doing too much—but never feeling enough * Three simple practices to step off the treadmill and return to your life Because the goal isn’t less ambition. It’s aligned ambition. There is a version of your life that feels expansive, grounded, and deeply enough—while still growing. Reference: https://www.rashmischramm.com
