Kathleen Kim talks about her mom's hyper criticism of her (but came around after Kathleen beat cancer), how her dad's sense of humor and bluntness inspired her to create a Dad in a Bear Suit character, and how much she loves seeing her daughter being a good friend. Kathleen helped create and puppeteers Jiyoung and Elena on Sesame Street. She's an actor, voiceover artist, and see her perform as Dad in a Bear Suit in NYC!

Ritch talks with Joon about his father's dry sense of humor, how his mother was punk rock for being in a leadership role in the church, his relationship to finances, and his proudest achievement in seeing how independent his daughter's become.
