12 episoderHealth has become so overcomplicated, that when someone says they want to get healthy, there's a MILLION different ways to interpret it. Even moreso, that person is so overwhelmed by the amount of information they are recieving that they really don't know where to start. So in this episode I sit down and evaluate the basics that I wish I would have started with when I went on my health journey: 1. Food 2. Water 3. Exercise 4. Sleep 5. Environment When you take a good look internally at these different categories for yourself, you can make huge shifts in your health before spending hundreds of dollars on supplements, cleanses, and functional doctors.
This is a fairly controversial topic I am broaching and I understand that. I want you to know that whatever decision you make as a family, that is your decision- there is no judgement when it comes to personal choice. I am however advocating for INFORMED consent, and to ensure that you are aware of the industry that lurks in the dark when it comes to byproducts that are deemed "medical waste" in the medical model such as placenta and foreskin. The biomedical and cosmetics industries earn big paychecks when it comes to harvested stem cells and I think it's important to know.
