Social Media - Too Much??

Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Clubhouse, YouTube…. Finding Happiness in Plan B

Are you struggling to make plan A work?  Are you one of those people that get down on yourself when you need to come up with Plan “F”, again?!  Yeah.  Those plan A’s never seem to work out but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. Creating ourselves over and over again takes practice and sometimes, we need lots of practice to get it right. How Do You Know?

Are you listening to your gut?  Do you ignore it because of outside influences?  The ability to listen to our guts and triggers is often toned down in our lives, and we forget to cue in to the subtle hints and ideas.  We may have had bad experiences with listening to it before, or we may have forgotten how to reconnect with ourselves. Our goal today is to listen to those reactions.  Not just the fight or flight response, but the subtle hints and cues our bodies are trying desperately to convey.  Take a moment to pause, think, and relax. Starting Fresh & New

How often do you start over?  Have you made a fresh start on something?  Getting a fresh perspective on things sometimes requires a clean slate.  It is necessary for our own personal growth to let go of old things, relationships, hobbies, etc. Despite the fact that breaking up is hard, I have a few suggestions for how to do it without confrontation.  Confrontation and I are not friends.  I've learned that by creating new experiences and new friendships, I can start to wean myself away from old, stale, or un-serving things/friends/clients.  We'll explore how we can create new ideas, fresh starts, and new possibilities in our lives.
