This week's episode is all about leaving and stepping out of your comfort zone. I believe that stepping out of our comfort zones is the first step to growing and evolving as people. In this episode, I share a couple ways that I've stepped out of my comfort zone and the things I have learned from that. Please bear with me as this is only my first "official" episode... so it's not going to be perfect; I am trying my best though! I plan to touch more on this topic later in a future episode.
