Finding your hype!
Being introspective and learning what you do with your own physiology and neurology to complete lifts is THE biggest player in finding your optimal level of arousal. Some will recognise the influx of hormones as anxiety, others excitement. last note... Don't fuck with your neurology unless you know how to manage it!
