Beskrivelse

Good evening, Dreamer! I wrote tonight's story after being inspired by the sights and sounds of the fourth while being in a slightly unusual location. I wanted to take you to a beautiful bay, where the fireworks are reflected in the water around the boat, and the explosions echo off the walls of the cliffs. Though this might sound a bit exciting, I promise you, this story is written and recorded in such a way, that listening to it should help you fall asleep quickly. All my stories are safe for all ages so feel free to share them with anyone you like. I also have listeners who use these tales to help them learn English. The pace is quite slow, and there is a transcript available on most platforms to assist you with that. Thanks to Matt Bowers for my website larissasmoonlittales.com and Mark Pottinger for his help with tech. If you have any suggestions, please email me at larissasmoonlittales@gmail.com. Time to sleep, Dreamer! Goodnight! Larissa

The Longest Day of the Year

Good evening, Dreamer! Fall asleep tonight listening to a tale about the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. You'll be transported to an island paradise where you can spend the day kayaking, hiking and enjoying the beauty of nature. My tales are safe for all ages and designed to help you fall asleep, or return to sleep, if you wake up in the middle of the night. All you need to do is listen. These podcasts are usually written from the point of view of a young person and may seem a teeny bit nostalgic. Many of my listeners use these tales as an aid in learning English. For those of you, please know most of the podcast platforms will include a transcription that you may find helpful. Thanks to Matt Bowers for my website, larissasmoonlittales.com! Finally, I'd love to hear from you, if you have any suggestions. Please send me an email at larissasmoonlittales@gmail.com. Goodnight, Larissa © 2026 Larissa Langston. All rights reserved. episode Summertime Kitty cover

Summertime Kitty

Good evening, Dreamer! I'm Larissa Langston, and I write and record Larissa's Moonlit Tales. There's no AI here. These stories have been written created you by another human being. I know how it can be to struggle to fall asleep, or fall back asleep if you wake up in the middle of the night because your brain is just to busy. These episodes are designed to remind you of the good things in life, help you relax, and make slumber come more quickly. They are also being used around the world to help students learn English. I am so glad they are being helpful! Tonight, we are following Kitty again throughout her day. You may remember her from Gas Station Kitty or Halloween Kitty. She is based on a real cat, by the way, whom I rescued about a year ago. She is chubby and sassy now! I'd like to thank Matt Bowers for my website, larissasmoonlittales.com and Mark Pottinger for his help with tech. If you would like to make any suggestions, please email me at larissasmoonlittales@gmail.com. Time to get to sleep, dreamer! Goodnight! Love, Larissa

Good evening, Dreamer. This week's tale was inspired by a beautiful hike I took last week. It was so special, it just had to be shared. You'll hear about a high altitude lake, surrounded by evergreens and overshadowed by beautiful, rugged mountains. I'm Larissa Langston, and I created this podcast to remind you of the good things in life in order to help you relax and fall asleep. All you need to do is listen. Some of you are here to work on your English skills. For you, I'd like to recommend the transcript, which is available on most podcast platforms. Thank you to Matt Bowers for my website, and Mark Pottinger for help with tech. If you'd like to make any suggestions, please send them to me at larissasmoonlittales@gmail.com. Thank you so much!
