In this episode, I discuss the step by step process on how I overcome my to-do list. I discuss my process on how it aligns with my overall quarterly and yearly goals.  Our to-do list can feel extremely overwhelming, but I share my 4 steps on to make it a productive and fulfilling day: Set quarterly goals for 1-3 categories that you want to focus on for the quarter (I have an entire workshop recording of this with worksheets that can help. DM me if you are interested.) Break down those quarterly goals into monthly goals  Time block in your calendar the categories you've selected. If it is in your calendar, your are more likely going to to focus time to that specific goal.
