ABOUT SIMEON Simeon Miranda is general manager of Embassy Suites byHilton Waikiki Beach Walk, one of the largest Embassy Suites properties in the world and a destination resort in the heart of Waikiki. With more than three decades of experience in hospitality, Simeon has built a leadership philosophy rooted in humility, respect, mentorship and service.
