In this episode of Life Be Lifing, we’re unpacking life’s messiness with no ill intent—just raw honesty and reflection. This podcast has always been a coming-of-age experience, where we face our baggage and rise to the top of our game. In July 2022, and since then, life has been... well lifing. What followed was a series of heartbreaks that hit in waves—grief disguised as denial, anger, and depression, before finally leading to acceptance. I was learning in real-time, and the universe had more lessons on the way. I’ll take you through my breaking points, the event that shattered me in December 2022, and how I began to rebuild. No shade, no dragging—just honesty about how respect was lost, forgiveness found, and the strength it took to move forward. Through therapy, self-discovery, and leaning into my work I started to reclaim my peace and purpose. This is my story of heartbreak, resilience, and evolving into the person I am today. It’s about making peace with the past, embracing growth, and showing up for yourself unapologetically. Here we go!

I’m opening up about the moment I finally quit my job to follow my passion, and how I made it from high school in Jersey to college at Clark Atlanta University, where I started building the foundation for my career. You'll hear all about the internships that kicked it off—working behind the scenes on The Maury Show and The Mo'Nique Show—and how those early experiences led me to work with some of the biggest names in entertainment. From Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz to Gabrielle Union and Melyssa Ford, I’ve been blessed to collaborate with some incredible people along the way. This episode is all about overcoming fear, taking risks, and the messy reality of building a career from scratch. Tune in for the highs, the lows, and the lessons learned along the way.
