In this solo episode, I talk about what it feels like to record by myself and move through the doubts that come with it. I share updates on taking Improv 1 and signing up for Improv 2, and why play, imagination, and creativity have been on my mind. I get into mistakes sometimes being chances we must take, co-existing on the dance floor, responding to what I can’t control, performing at Seismic Dance Festival, the idea of win-win-wins being the future, and a few self-reflections with my birthday this week. Addiction, Recovery & Renewal with Hunter

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Hunter to talk about his journey with addiction and recovery. We’ve been friends since kindergarten, grew up together through the highs and lows of high school, and have kept in touch through the years. Hunter shares the most difficult parts of getting into rehab, the experience of relapsing, and what it was like going to jail—both short-term and long-term. We also talk about his life now, what it’s like navigating sobriety, and the challenges that come with rebuilding life after addiction. Through it all, Hunter shares the optimistic mindset and new perspectives that continue to guide him forward.
