Living with Purpose
Natalie vega O’Neil is the President and CEO of Junior Achievement of Washington and North Idaho. Natalie has spent more than two decades in executive leadership across the social impact sector, with a strong focus on educational equity, economic mobility and early childhood education. She made history as the first woman and first person of color to lead Junior Achievement of Washington in its 73-year history, and also became the first Latina President of the NAEYC Governing Board. Her work has been centred around creating greater opportunity for underserved communities, transforming institutions and driving meaningful, lasting change. On this episode we talk about her journey, the lessons she has learned along the way, and what living with purpose means to her.
