Letter of Erasmus Erasmus writes to a friend in Italy during his first visit in England (1499) where he extols the pleasure of the company of some of the leading English humanists his patron, comes Montioius (Lord Mountjoy) has introduced him to - Colet, Grocyn Linacre and Thomas More.

An Oxford Dinner Party
