Being Honest

One of the greatest things I've learned to do is to live in acceptance, although I've had a very difficult time actually implementing this in my life. I think it's important for me to be honest, with you and with myself, about what's going on and why I've had a hard time lately. But, just because things are hard, doesn't mean they're impossible. This episode I talk about living in loathing and living in acceptance, as well as how suffocating it can be to place unreasonable expectations on yourself when you're struggling with acceptance.  As mentioned in the episode, uploading twice a month is a goal but not a promise. Impostor Syndrome

We cover a lot of things, including feeling unqualified, like you don't belong, that you shouldn't be where you are, and how the pandemic has really f*cked things up.
