When Your Soul Feels Out of Sync

episode When Your Soul Feels Out of Sync cover

Beskrivelse

In this episode, I’m flying solo to talk about something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately — the pace of our lives and the impact it’s having on our souls.  It’s possible to be productive on the outside, but empty on the inside. I’ve learned that God doesn’t always bless busy — He blesses healthy rhythms. And yet, in today’s culture, we wear “busy” like a badge of honor.  But I believe many of the things we’re searching for are actually found when we learn to be still in God’s presence. In a world that celebrates speed, what if we were intentional about slowing down and creating space in our lives — for the good of our souls? If your life has felt rushed, noisy, crowded, or just a little off, my hope is that this episode will help you reset your rhythm and reconnect with your source of strength.  Resources mentioned in this episode:  Replenish: Leading from a Healthy Soul by Lance Witt [https://www.amazon.com/Replenish-Leading-Healthy-Lance-Witt/dp/0801013542] Learn More About Christ Fellowship [https://www.christfellowship.church/] Check Out More from Pastor Todd [https://www.youtube.com/@JToddMullins] Sign Up for the Made for Mondays Newsletter [https://www.toddmullins.org/]

episode Are You Ready for What You’re Praying for? With Charlotte Gambill cover

Are You Ready for What You’re Praying for? With Charlotte Gambill

In this episode, I sat down with Charlotte Gambill for an honest and challenging conversation about what it really means to pursue the “more” God has for our lives. We often talk about believing God for more, but Charlotte reminded me that more from God will always require more from us. It requires deeper commitment, stronger character, greater responsibility, and a willingness to say yes — even in the small, unseen moments. We talked about leadership, obedience, and how the yes you say today can shape the direction of your life tomorrow. If you’ve been praying for more, this conversation will challenge you to ask a different question — are you getting ready for what God is preparing for you? Leading With Purpose in the Age of AI With Dr. Rob Hoskins

In this episode, I sat down with my good friend Dr. Rob Hoskins for an eye-opening conversation about leadership, purpose, and what it looks like to build something that lasts in today’s ever-changing world. Rob has spent his life investing in leaders around the globe, and one thing he said in this conversation has stuck with me: “Building capacity is really about building more leaders.” I have found this to be true time and time again — when you develop leaders, you don’t just grow… you multiply. We also talked about technology and AI, and how to navigate a world where the synthetic seems to be replacing the authentic. This conversation stretched me — as my conversations with Rob always do — and I believe it will do the same for you.
