In this episode, Ash & Matt chat about a variety of topics on the day before ID4. We also discuss how we handle anxiety attacks, and how Matt is learning to cope with depression. The Constant Gardener (the human, not the book/movie)

This week we are joined by Ash's wife, Heather. She chats with us about being a teacher, mother, and her love of gardening. We discuss mental health for not only herself, but how they handle it as parents, how she handles it as a teacher, and more. We also learn about how she met Ash, and also how peeing is good for composting.
