Because of these insecurities, and quite frankly the story that we tell ourselves, we are unable to put one foot in front of the other because we simply don’t believe in ourselves. I've had the privilege to work with Bill Danaher, the Rector of Christ Church Cranbrook, over the last 6 years as his Personal Trainer. Bill and I clicked instantly, and I believe it's due to our mission in the world - to connect deeper with others while helping them create a healthy relationship within themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually. We have always been able to connect on a deep level, all while having fun and sweating 🤣 The conversations, on top of the insight we have in our given professions, are worthy of being recorded for those seeking guidance, clarity and support in a world made of constant distraction and judgement. Bill and I discuss all things around mental and physical health that we've observed and takeaways to grow from in the last year of the Pandemic.
