He shares his lived experiences from his early primary years to now, in his early twenties. As a former national champion and current university athlete training toward Olympic-level performance, he has experienced both the physical and mental pressures that come with chasing excellence. Alongside his athletic journey, he lived with Autism (ASD), ADHD, and ongoing mental health challenges, including depression and suicidal thoughts. Brydon's toughest moments came after his biggest wins—reminding him that success on the outside doesn’t always reflect what’s going on within. But through those struggles, he has found purpose. Today, Brydon uses his story to spark honest conversations around mental health. Whether it’s through content, public speaking, or work in the mental health field—including sales and advocacy—He aims to break stigma, raise awareness, and empower others to take their well-being seriously. Brydon understands the importance of discipline and resilience. His passion lies in using storytelling to positively impact mental health awareness and support. Through engaging content and advocacy, he strives to empower others to prioritise their well-being and create meaningful conversations around mental health.
