Have you ever heard of the phrase "the DEVIL is a lie?"  In an effort to be more inclusive [to all beliefs], I wanted to remind all of my fellow MINGLERS that the ADVERSARY is a lie!  What are some of your ADVERSARIES in life, and how will YOU turn them into LIES that don't apply to YOU?

ARE YOU HAPPY?  Happiness is a concept that has different meanings for different people.  The amount of happiness that a person experience depends on several factors--including the amount of exposure to the things that make a person happy, as well as the type of things that elevate that individual's mood.  What makes you HAPPY, and how will YOU continue being HAPPY?

Let's PRO-Gress instead of RE-Gress!

Why don't YOU start PRO-gressing instead of RE-gressing?  Lots of my fellow MINGLERS think that progress is anything that is deemed good or positive when it comes to achieving their goals--however, is this necessarily true?  What do YOUR efforts in PROGRESSING look like?

I Will Not Hinder My Thoughts!

I'm coming at my fellow MINGLERS with a positive affirmation throughout this episode--I WILL NOT HINDER MY THOUGTS!  Our minds have the capacity to retain multiple experiences that we have encountered, and it is up to us to decipher which ones apply to our personal growth, and motivate us to continue on our life journeys!  As YOU are listening, take a moment to answer these questions:  What is stopping YOUR mind from affirming your potential success, and how are you going to emphasize your desire to accomplish bigger goals at the end of your journey?

I Will Open Up My Mind!

We all have barriers that hinder our cognition--a fancy term for thought processes!  Often times, we find that we need to discover additional ways to remove these barriers--which may include stress, people, and other adverse experiences.  With this episode, I challenge every MINGLER to meditate using this positive affirmation--I WILL OPEN UP MY MIND, and discover ways to do just that!
