THE SEASON 1 FINALE!! Can I imagine I'm surrounded by 1000 daisies while recording this episode in my closet? 😆 This episode had many unexpected moments, some good and some not as good.... (I'm looking at you Dean and Tristan!) On the bright side, there were so many gorgeous visuals and springtime vibes in this finale, I loved it! We will talk all about Lorelai and Max's do-over proposal, how I feel about Rory finally saying I Love You to Dean, and whether Paris and Rory will ever be friends again! Thank you all for a wonderful Season 1 of My Comfort Show. Hey friends! I am in such a good mood today, maybe because I get to talk about an episode that centers around Emily Gilmore! Stick around until the end because I have some fun facts about Kelly Bishop and what inspired her portrayal of the iconic Emily. I hope you enjoy this unedited/informal chat:) Love! My delicious oatmeal recipe: * Boil 1 cup of water in a pot. Add 1/2 cup oats to the pot once it's boiling. * After 4 minutes on medium heat, continue cooking, but add a little bit of almond milk, a dash of cinnamon, 2 tbsp of chia seeds (this will thicken the oatmeal!), and 1 tbsp of almond butter. * Keep stirring until the oatmeal is at your desired thickness. * Pour into a bowl and add a few chocolate chips on top. They will melt into the oatmeal and make it taste extra delicious:)!
