The manjaris serve Krishna by being Radha’s. Similarly, we should serve Gauranga by being Nityananda’s. HD Video. Whatsapp Video. "Sarva bhave swami...." Chaitanya Bhagavata Adi Khanda 9.231. Srila Vrindavana dasa Thakura explains the mood here of every Gaudiya devotee. It's just like the mood of the palya dasis of Radharani. They want to serve Krishna through Radharani. Without Radharani's service they don't want Krishna. Manjaris, asta sakhis. They are the creepers. The manjaris are the leaves of creeper of Radhika so they are full attention and full surrender is to Radha only. Nobody can dare to challenge them that "why are you not serving Krishna directly?" Because the service of Radha is higher than the service of Krishna. The service of Radha is the sure shot guarantee that you will attain the service of Krishna because when you are serving Radha then you can never be away from Krishna because Krishna is never away from Radha. In the same way Vrindavan das Thakur is saying that "sarve bhave swami jena hena nityananda." This verse is very very important. One can only understand Chaitanya Bhagavat, Chaitanya Charitamrita if one inculcates this verse in one's consciousness. What is the meaning? "Sarva bhave swami jena hena nityananda." In all ways, in all respects, with all my surrender, all my devotion, my master is Nityananda. "Sarva bhave." That does not mean that there is no bhava left for Gauranga, no. The bhava which we show to Nityananda that is the bhava we show to Gauranga. "Tahare ...." That is the bhava which we show to Gauranga. "Sarva bhave swami jena." In all respects Nityananda is my master and I will love Nityananda. I will serve Nityananda. I will clasp His lotus feet. Fan Him, you know, serve Him. Serve His servants and in that way "tanra haiya." I will become His, I will become Nityananda's own. I will become part of His family. "Tanra haiya," what a beautiful two words! "Tanra haiya." So much tattva Vrindavan das Thakur has condensed in these two lines. "Tanra haiya baji ami jena gaurachandra." If I become Gaurachandra's first I have to endeavor to become Nityananda's. "Tanra haiya." I have to "Sarva bhave." I have to accept Him as my master in all ways. I have to do one pointed devotion to Nityananda because then Gauranga will be in my grasp. Gauranga will come to me, I don't have to go to Gauranga. Just like when the Gopis, the Manjaris are serving Radhika, Krishna comes to Them even for Radhika's audience. So "sarva bhave." But that, how will Gauranga come? When I will worship Nityananda with everything, one pointedly, "sarva bhave." Does that mean that Vrindavan dasa Thakura has given up Gauranga? No. By worshiping Nityananda with all respects in "sarva bhav," with all his bhakti and all his devotion and focusing on the service of Nityananda and surrendering to Him everything, mind body and soul, then Nityananda. If I do that, then Nityananda will accept me as His own. "Tanra Haiya." And then when Nityananda will accept me then Nityananda will take me to Gauranga. I will not go to Gauranga directly. No. Jagai Madhai were taken by Nityananda to Gauranga. And we, are we even as qualified as Jagai Madhai? We were never born in Navadwip when Nityananda Gauranga were doing Their pastimes. How much, Rupa Sanatan, They met Nityananda. Raghunath das met Nityananda. Jiva Goswami met Nityananda. Krishna das Kaviraj met Nityananda. We think we can go to Gauranga directly? Raghunath das Goswami when he went to Puri even after blessings of Nityananda, he would never speak before Gauranga. He attained Gauranga because of Nityananda. So "sarva bhave swami jena hena nityananda." Remember this verse.

Those who are proud want to become Krishna’s devotees but they don't want to serve Radharani, but Krishna does accept such worship. HD Video. Whatsapp Audio. Amar Prabhura Prabhu Sri Gauranga Sundara ei bada bharosa ami chitte dhari nirantara (Chaitanya Bhagavata, Adi Khanda 1.17.153) Such a beautiful mood, the ultimate mood expressed by Vrindavan Das Thakura, the only mood, the only way to achieve Gaur Radha Krishna. This mood of accepting Nityanand as our immediate master, as a prabhu, as everything. “Amhaar Prabhura Prabhu” and accepting Gauranga as master of Nityananda Prabhu. The master of my master is Gauranga Sundar. This is what Vrindavan Das Thakura is saying literally. I will worship Gauranga through the eyes of my master, Nityananda Prabhu, through the instructions, through the order, through the service, through the bhakti of my Nityananda prabhu. This is my firm determination. I am fully determined and constantly I will never forget this truth that Nityananda has given me everything. Anda Nityanand will always remain my first master, my whole life and soul. Just like the gopis and the manjaris, they served Radha in such a wonderful way that Krishna comes running for them and the manjaris tell him, “No Krishna, if you want our association you have to please Radharani, then we will also please you, we will serve you with Radharani, not alone. We will serve you as the master of Radharani, as a beloved of Radharani, we will not serve you directly, as our beloved”. That is the same mood of Vrindavan Das Thakura. “Amar prabhura prabhu sri Gauranga Sundara”. When I hold the lotus feet of Nityananda in my hands, then I can see that Nityananda is actually remembering his master Gauranga Mahaprabhu. So that way, I will always be always connected with Gauranga Mahaprabhu. This Nityananda can give me Gaura Sundar in my heart. If Nityananda comes in my heart, then Gaura Sundar cannot remain away. **Panihati Raghav was worshipping Nityananda and Gauranga, came in unmanifested form to see Nityananda’s worship. Some say that Nityananda should not be worshipped alone but Raghav was worshipping him alone and Gauranga was so pleased that came himself in unmanifested form. So the wholehearted, one pointed worship of Nityananda is actually the way to please Gauranga Mahaprabhu and that is how Gauranga Mahaprabhu will accept the servant of Nityananda, but he may not accept his direct servant. Like **“ek baar Nityananda bole manushya janma dhari, Gauranga Prakaash”. If once one soul says, that I am Nityananda das, I accept Nityananda as everything, he is my first and foremost lord who is giving me everything, then that soul will certainly see Gauranga and RadhaKrishna face to face in this very life. Just once we have to say this. We have to surrender and not leave Nityananda, “Nirantara”, always one should be in this consciousness. “Amar Prabhura Prabhu” this is very important. “Amhaara” means My Master. My master is Nityananda and Nityananda’s master is Gauranga. Gauranga is the master of all. Amhaara means MY. I am proud and its not like I feel something miserable, because I am not accepting Gauranga as my direct master. No, I am proud of it. “Eyi bada bharosa”. Bharosa means “thats my only hope”. “Chittedhari nirantar”. I always keep this remembrance and understanding in my heart that Nityananda prabhu will remain my immediate master, my whole and sole my life and soul. He will be there. And along with him I will serve GauraSundar. I being under his guidance. So that is the mood that the gopis told Krishna, that we will serve you only through the service of Radharani. Because Radharani’s service is the higher than your service a...

The extreme anxiety which Nityananda feels to end the suffering of and give love to all the souls in creation, who are His part and parcels, is revealed in the first stroke (न) of Namlekhan. Save. "Doyal Thakur Nityananda, Para Duhka Jane." The first stroke, the rounded Na of Namlekhan reveals the primary purpose of Nityananda Prabhu. He feels extreme pain and anxiety and compassion to give love to every soul, every part and parcel of His in the whole creation. Whether they are in the human body or the animal body or whether they are in the plant body, tree bodies or aquatic bodies or insect bodies. He wants to give love because he feels not only the suffering of human beings but He feels the suffering of every part and parcel of His. Whichever body that soul may be in. So "Na," Na means He bends. He compromises, He gives up all His rules and regulations and His requirements, His conditions and approaches the souls who don't want to approach Him. He approaches them with His love. Ready to give, just ready to give His love and that love is transferred by touch. The touch of the first stroke and the second stroke. So that is the beauty of the first stroke of Namlekhan. I was explaining the first stroke of Namlekhan and the bending of Nityananda to reach out to every soul. The thing is in Kali Yuga the souls have a lot of pride so they are standing straight like the second stroke. And Nityananda...someone has to bend you know. Someone has to bend so Nityananda bends and He gives Himself. Gives His true ego of being the source of all living entities, He gives up that true ego and He bends. He pleads with the conditioned souls just to let Him touch them. The union of the first and second stroke is the beginning of all auspiciousness for that soul. It means that Nityananda is taking the first step but then the soul is extending his hand and the union is that of the first and second stroke. And that extending of our hand is by Namlekhan. The soul extends the hand by Namlekhan and it's so beautiful. Nityananda is always just ready. Just touch me, just touch me, just embrace me. And then the soul takes the first step. He or she opens the door to the house and touches Nityananda. Then all auspiciousness is attained. So Na, Na. Not even "Nee." Nee the sweetness increases. But Na is the beginning of all auspiciousness for the souls if they just simply accept this process of Namlekhan and try to touch the supreme abode of all bliss and happiness. That is Nityananda. I will tell you a realization I had about the first stroke is that why did He accept the name Nityananda? "Nityanando mahakayo...." Why? Because His only intention is to give that Ananda. Nitya-Ananda. That eternal bliss to each and every soul in creation. He is there everywhere in creation. "Anandan tarast...." He's there everywhere in creation so the purpose He doesn't want to keep that love to Himself. That is Nityananda. To share that love one should be mad in that love 24x7 because if for some time one is not having that love, mad with that love then one cannot share at that time. So Nityananda has assumed the name Nityananda because through the first stroke He is taking the prerogative in approaching the souls humbly, not forcing and giving His touch.
